How To Do A Close Squat Pulse

Written Instructions

  1. Stand upright with your feet close together facing forwards. Have your hands in front of you at your chest.
  2. Squat down, bringing your bum towards the floor, keeping your back straight, stop once you’ve reached around 90 degrees depth in your legs.
  3. Keeping your core tight and your back straight, fire upwards slightly to extend the legs a little bit.
  4. Come back down to 90 degree depth and repeat these pulses for Desired time/reps.

Struggling to complete this movement? Step it down a notch and try a close squat hold.
